- No Inter-species sexual relations will be tolerated, with the exception of ones that happen in nature.
- Predator/Prey interactions will be played out as they are in real life. Remember when doing this though that no predator is successful 100% of the time, nor do they fail 100% of the time. More likely than not, the prey will escape the majority of the time, but if you are a prey type animal, you must be open to the possibility of being hunted, and caught.
- New members may apply to be relative, such as offspring, of older members. However, the same member may not apply twice, and the same user may not have two accounts.
- Family structure and relationships will be based on real animal behavior. For instance, cougars live alone for most of the year, though territories of male and female specimens overlap. They come together only when the female comes into heat.
- Animals battle for territory, and for mates. In the case that something like this were to happen, you must fight fairly, allowing the opponent to land attacks, and blocking some of the opponents attacks. You must be open to the possibility of being seriously wounded and even killed, though generally animals try to avoid such serious fights.
- Be aware of the mating habits of your species. Some animals, such as eagles, are monogamous. That is, they have one mate for life. Others, such as deer, take new mates each season.
- Be aware also of the feeding habits of your species. What do they eat, how do they get their food?
